Due to problems with the Adobe Connect software in trying to get everyone connected remotely, none of the items on the discussion page were able to be discussed.  See the Minutes page for this meeting and the 24 February 2009 carryover agenda item for these items, most if not all should either be discussed at that meeting or at subsequent meetings.  JamesAnderson 22:03, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
