From FamilySearch Wiki

Hi Andersonseibert,

I have just gotten word about your question and will give you the exact information as follows:

Problems:
• Some images in the Ohio death records are matched to the wrong person.
• Some images are not available.
• Some images are mismatched and are 3-8 images off.

July 2010
The images for Ohio Deaths, 1908-1953, which were previously available on Record Search (pilot.familysearch.org), are now available on familysearch.org. You will need to register at this site and log in to view images (which you can do for free).

Some images are not currently available on the server. These problems have been identified and are awaiting approval so that corrections can be made to the collection. If you are unable to find the image you seek, the film is probably not currently available.

Some images are incorrectly linked, and they may be several records off. Certificates may be located by matching the certificate number, found in the record details, to the actual certificate on the images. This is done by scrolling through the images until the correct certificate number is located.

When an image contains an overlay and the information is hidden; usually a second filming captured the correct image. If you check the next image and do not find the image without the overlay, please copy and paste the information found in the record details into an email to support@familysearch.org requesting that one of our support volunteers look the image up for you.

Hope this helps!

I have looked into the "cannot view" and I am asking for help.  It may take a day or two to get in touch with the right person.  Please don't give up.  I am trying to help you!
