Janie, You may want to post questions on the forums where many people will see and answer your questions in the future! If you register with forums, the system will automatically notify you when an answer comes in! You may absolutely ANYTHING about family history or even your personal research there.
Regarding your question. Many original documents created by the government, churches and other entities have mistakes on them. There isn't a way to fix these original records, however, in your personal family history records you may want to note that her name was incorrectly enumerated on the 1920 Census.
As you continue your research, you will find many pieces of the puzzle with errors and will learn to discern which records carry more weight in their value and accuracy of information. Welcome!
