(The Vancouver BC FSL is a larger microfilm circulation center with six patron use computers, 9 microfilm readers, and a digital camera microfilm imaging system. The center is open Tuesday through Friday - see the specific hours & upcoming closure dates below.)

  • FHC Portal This library has access to the Family History Centre Portal page which gives free access in the centre to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions. The portal includes access to the following:

  • There are nine microfilm readers - three are dedicated high magnification units.
  • There are three microfiche readers.
  • A wireless access point is available for laptop connectivity.

  7. National Burial Index for England and Wales (version 3) - only installed on 1 computer

  9. Personal Ancestral File (version 4 and 5.2)
  10. Roots Magic 6
  11. Scottish Church Records (FamilySearch 2.27 DOS version)
