In Washington, many school censuses and attendance registers are online at FamilySearch Historical Collections. These are posted under the topic "School Records" on the appropriate county pages.

An annual publication of each school by or before the 1930's, these usually contain student pictures. Many students purchased them and used them at autograph books. Copies may still be held by the schools.
