Andover North Surplus (Oxford Co.) is an extinct plantation, now an unorganized territory (township) in the North Oxford townships of Oxford County, Maine. The Andover North Surplus Plantation was organized in 1840 for election purposes and then later discontinued.[1] [2] [3]
