From FamilySearch Wiki
In Baden-Wuerttenberg people speak two dialects: Frankish in the Northern third and Allemannish in the two Southern parts of the country. Both dialects are subdivided which again count for multiple regional dialects. The Badisch and Swabish idioms belong to this group of Alemannisch dialect. Frankish is spoken in the Kurpfalz and in the area of Hohenlohe.
