Parish History

CAYTHORPE (St. Vincent), a parish, in the union of Newark, wapentake of Loveden, parts of Kesteven, county of Lincoln, 9 miles (N. by E.) from Grantham. The Ancient Parish church of Caythorpe St Vincent dates from the 14th century. There are a chapel of ease at Friston, and a place of worship for Wesleyans.[1]
