Cefn Meiriadog, or simply Cefn, is a village, community and ecclesiastical parish on the banks of the Afon Elwy in Denbighshire, Wales.

Before 1974 the village was in the historic county of Denbighshire and, between 1874 and 1996 in the County of Clwyd. In 1996 it became part of the modern county of Denbighshire.

The ecclesiastical parish of Cefn was formed by an Order in Council on 7 February 1865 and comprised the two Denbighshire townships of Wigfair and Meiriadog, which had until then been in the parish of St. Asaph.
