Known Issues

Question #1: When searching this collection for birth records prior to and including 1852 (most 1852 records have film numbers), the indexed record details have no source film number associated with the indexing project (batch) number. How can I find the microfilm number so I can order the microfilm and view the record at the FamilySearch Center?
Answer #1: Search the Catalog for Keywords (beta): "Barbour Collection". Click on “Barbour collection: Connecticut vital records prior to 1850”; here you will find the Catalog Film Notes listed alphabetically by surname with film numbers.

Question #2: I noticed that the spelling of “Connecticut” in the birth place of indexing project (batch) number 7450303 is misspelled as “Conneticut.” Is that correct?
Answer #2: Connecticut is misspelled and the error will be corrected at a future date.
