From the project instructions page (in quotes) my comments in bold

"The data entry area is set at one record per image. If an image has more than one record, you will need to add enough records in the data entry area to match the number of records on the image." -- You can't add records

"If you press Tab or Enter after you complete the last record on an image, a message will appear asking if you want to add one or more records to the image." -- No it doesnt

"If an entry gives a list of surnames, such as "Moore, Connor, and Smith," index each surname as a separate record, and if no given name was listed for a surname, mark the Given Names field as blank." -- Again we can't add records

"Index any titles and terms in the Titles and Terms fields." - there is no such field
