In some documents, you may see the word "Indian" written next to a name, often in parentheses. In this case, the word is not a name and should not be indexed in a name field. Click here for an example.
The indexing fields are usually set up in order so you can smoothly move through the document you are indexing. However, you may see documents of various types, and the information on different documents may be located in different places. In many projects, you can rearrange the order of indexing fields or hide unneeded fields to make the indexing process easier. Click here for information on how to rearrange or hide fields.
