Getting started with Micronesia research(FSM) includes four main island groups:
- Pohnpei (Ponape)
- Chuuk (Truk) Islands
- Yap Islands
- Kosrae (Kosaie)
The Federated States of Micronesia are situated about three-fourths of the way from Hawaii to Indonesia.
