Discuss file types - should doc and xls files be banned because they allow potentially harmful macros?

  • 'needs to be added to documentation'add to doc and xls files that they are not acceptable - Elder Funk - identify them - encourage to be added as text instead of files

Need to align the Maintenance Templates and the Policies so that there are templates for the various policies, and vice versa.(is anything happening?) (J - no, nothing yet, but this can go with the maintenance committee, this would be a good one to do something with quick)

Determine procedures for tracking who has what roles, work with sysop to ensure follow-up (J - Janell and Fran for now keeping spreadsheet up to date - addedthis to the projects section of the Current Support Work page)

Discuss with community procedures for requesting an additional role of Reviewer or Moderator. Document in necessary pages. (J - I think this is done but just needs documentation on the Reviewer aspect)
