County Clerk has birth, marriage, death, divorce, probate and court records from 1907 and land records[1]

Garza county has had two courthouses.  The first courthouse, built in 1908, was designed to be a temporary courthouse.  It served the county for 15 years. The current courthouse, shown at right, a three-story red brick and concrete structure was built in 1923 and is a Recorded Texas Landmark.
