When calls are not coming in, there are other ways you can help:

  1. Promote the ability to ask research help questions
    • Write a note on Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ to talk about the service
    • Help us write messages that can promote the service to specific groups:
    • Family History Centers / Consultants
    • Societies, libraries, & museums
    • USGenWeb - Ohio, NY, and PA
    • FB pages
  2. Answer questions on the:
  3. Polish your skills to be more prepared when questions come in
