Chapelry History

St Catherine Liverpool, was created a "subscription" chapel and was completed by January 1831. [It was] "situated on the east side Abercromby square. The edifice was built in a classical style consisting of a chancel, nave, aisles and turret, bell and seat for 1200 persons. An unusual feature of the the church is handsome dome."
