Chapelry History

LIVERPOOL (St Saviour), Huskisson Street/ Falkner Square, was created a chapelry in 1839 from, and lying within the boundaries of Liverpool St Peter and St Nicholas Ecclesiastical Parish. The foundation stone was laid 15 April 1839 and the church opened 16 December 1840. The Church destroyed by fire 4th February 1900, rebuilt and opened July 12th 1901. The church closed in 1974.[1]
