Middleton Quernhow is a chapelry of Wath Ancient Parish in Yorkshire.

MIDDLETON-QUERNHOW, a township, in the parish of Wath, wapentake of Hallikeld, N. riding of York, 5 miles (N. N. E.) from Ripon. [1]
