Parish History

MORTON, EAST and WEST, a township, in the parish of Bingley, union of Keighley, Upper division of the wapentake of Skyrack, W. riding of York,2 miles (N. by W.) from Bingley; containing 1693 inhabitants. Here are places of worship for Primitive Methodists and Wesleyans. [1]
