Known Issues

Question #1: When searching for a relative, the indexed information page links to the back of a death record. How can I find the front of his record?
Answer #1: Many but not all of the images in this collection show the front of a death record followed by the back of a death record. If the link for the person for whom you are searching takes you to the back of a death record, it is very likely that the following or preceding image will be for the person whose death record you are searching for. A word of caution, there are no names or identifying numbers on the backs of the death records, therefore it is impossible to be certain who the information on the image of the back of the card belongs to.

Question #2: When I click on View Image I am directed to the wrong image. How can I view the correct image?
Answer #2: Often the correct image can be found by checking the image listed on the record details page and then scrolling forward or backward to find that image. If it is not found on the image listed, it can sometimes still be found be scrolling forward or backward a few images.
