Regarding the 2 digit years that I posted earlier....
Examples of 2 digit years that might be indexed or arbitrated to the 4 digit 19xx year: 04, 13, 25, 38
Most of these would be on the pre-printed cards..
Well, here is an example of why NOT to change the 2 digit to the 4 digit 19xx year.
