We could not get some of the publications people to correct some typos in the FamilySearch version of this publication, so I decided to copy it into the wiki and make the corrections there. This was done at the request of the FHL publications coordinator.

I wonder if the Hiring a Professional Genealogist can be deleted since that info is expanded in this article? Should we keep the Hiring a Professional Genealogist and use it more to list the various professional societies beyond the US based ones. There are some British ones that could be added.

Say, perhaps, "charge &/or bill," or some other verb, but not just "bill."
