Several paragraphs in this section were copied directly from the SGGEE website, thereby infringing on copyright.  Furthermore these paragraphs about Baptist and Lutheran records are out of context with the intent of this page.  It appears that they were copied from a pre2008 edition of this page.  The content of these paragraphs will be changed to stop the infringement and to accurately reflect the available information.
