:Dear Patron, I am sorry you are having problems getting to the records. I just checked and went straight to them. The link is at the top of the page click on the top blue link after access to the records. This takes you to Family Search. Click on Browse through 19 Million + records, then on the next page click on the letter of the Last name you want to search. It will take you to the actual records (1000+ per view). Good luck! Useless collection of records

The United Kingdom, World War I Service Records are useless as they now stand on RecordSearch! Why are they useless, you ask?  Because they are only viewable in a limited number of places - namely LDS family history centres.  How many of them are there in the world?  Nowhere near as many as the millions of online users looking at RecordSearch from their home computer and seeing the record set listed there!  This is clearly a blatant case of deceptive advertising.  The record set is simply not available to the vast majority of RecordSearch users, and for the LDS to list it in this way is most disengenious, to say the least.  Shame on the LDS to trumpet the fact that they have this record set - basically they are saying "We have this - but you can't seeeee it!"
