The Journal of the American-Irish Historical Society (New York City) was a scholarly journal devoted to Irish settlers of America. Between 1898 and 1942, 32 volumes were published by the American-Irish Historical Society. They contain information that can greatly aid genealogists.

Genealogical Publishing Company has reprinted Michael J. O'Brien's articles from this journal (with an index by Thomas L. Hollowak) in the following publication:
