Step 2: Did your ancestor die between 1898-1905?
- No, or probably not.
- For a "real" death record dated 1898-1905 you need to go to the page in the wiki pertaining to the COUNTY your ancestor died in, and then click Vital Records in the Table of Contents.

Many rec ypes give death INFORMATION, if "real" death records don't exist for the time period your ancestor died (aka pre ) or if you can't find a "real" death record go to a discussion on Utah record types have death INFORMATION.
