Stevens, Jeffery.jpg
My name is Jeff Stevens. I am a Church Service Missionary working in the World Wide Support of the Family and Church History Department in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, Salt Lake City, Utah. Specifically, I am on the Wiki team.

I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, having lived here all my life, except for a brief time in Oregon and England.

Education: I graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Business Management.

Work experience: 33 years as a sales representative for Moore Business Forms, a national printing company, working with government, hospitals, educational institutions and commercial accounts. I was involved in designing business forms, such as: checks, invoices, statements, as well as commercial printing of books, for different clients.

Missionary experience:

I served as a full time missionary in the British Mission from 1963-1965, laboring in Wembley, Tunbridge Wells, Romford, Norwich and Brighton. I helped in building the Romford and Norwich chapels.

Recently, I completed 2 ½ years of missionary service at the LDS Humanitarian Center. I helped refugees write resumes, search for employment, and interview with employers to gain meaningful employment.

Family History work:

I have been involved in the last several years in publishing my parents' histories, including photos. I completed scanning and copying my great great grandfather's journal. Noteworthy events were shared with family members, along with a CD of his journal. I have donated this journal to the Church History Library. Using this journal, I was able to obtain names and information about other family ancestors.

Ward Family History Consultant:

I have served as a Family History Consultant for the past 2 years.
