The regional branches are listed below with the districts they serve. The following applies to all and will not be repeated unless of special importance to non-French research. Check with local branches for detailed information on their holdings.

In each case their holdings include: civil, judicial and governmental documents for these districts as well as the fonds of private individuals, families, corporations and organizations relating to the area, with supporting printed texts, visual and audio-visual documents, maps, architectural drawings, and microforms.
