Parish History

WILLAND (St. Mary), a parish, in the union of Tiverton, hundred of Halberton, Collumpton and N. divisions of Devon, 2½ miles (N. N. E.) from Collumpton. This parish, which is situated on the road between Exeter and Bristol. The river Culm flows through the lower part of the parish. There is a place of worship for Wesleyans.[1]
