Naturalization records have generally been filed with the clerk of the district court in each county courthouse. You can obtain copies of declarations, petitions, oaths, and orders by contacting the clerk's office. The Family History Library does not have copies of these records for Wyoming.

Post-1906 Records

In 1906 the Immigration and Naturalization Service (now United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) was created, forms were standardized and courts sent duplicate naturalization records to the INS. To access these records, download a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) form from www.uscis.gov, fill it out and send it to the address listed on the form. You can also contact the National Archives— Rocky Mountain Region(Denver) for naturalization records.
