Thomas Neville was born in about 1732, probably in Nansemond County, Virginia. His parents were Benjamin Nevill and Elizabeth. He married Sarah 8 July 1756. They had seven children. He died in about 1815 in North Carolina. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in North Carolina.
