Hattie Garrett was the mother of John Garrett, who was born in 1852 in South Carolina. He married Lucy Neal (1858-1928). Lucy had three children before she married John, and five children with John. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in South Carolina and New York. Includes Brown, Bussell, Cadle, Harvey, Williams and related families.
