"On the 13 rolls of this microfilm publication, M1760, are reproduced over 65,000 manifests of permanent, temporary, statistical, and nonstatistical alien arrivals at Douglas, Arizona, September 10, 1906-October 10, 1955. Some U.S. citizen arrivals are also included, as well as some records of aliens excluded from admission, July 3, 1911-May 7, 1924. These records are part of the Records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Record Group (RG) 85." -- p. 1.

Contents: SERIES 1. Sheet manifests, July 3, 1911-May 7 1924, of aliens admitted temporarily, for permanet residence or as returning U.S. citizens; and aliens excluded from admission -- SERIES 2. Card manifests, July 16, 1924-Oct 10, 1955, of aliens admitted for permanent residence -- SERIES 3. Sheet manifests, Sept. 10, 1906-June 30, 1911, of alien admissions -- SERIES 4. Card manifest, 1924-1955, of aliens admitted temporarily or readmitted as returning U.S. residents.

The index cards are microfilmed in two columns. The microfilm reader head must be rotated in order to read the 2nd column.
