William Nimmo was an attorney in Williamsburg, Virginia. In his will, dated 10 August 1748, he makes bequests to his brother, John Nimmo, of Blackridge, Linlithgow, North Britain, and to William Nimmo, son of his uncle James Nimmo, of the county of Princess Anne, Virginia.
