Richard Turner was born in about 1660 in Cornwall, England. He married Elizabeth. They had five known children. They were living in Virginia in 1704. He died in 1742 in Caroline County, Virginia. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Virginia, Kentucky and North Carolina.
