Contains priest and sexton records from the parishes Bakke, Gyland until 1893, Øvre Sirdal (Lunde) and Tonstad. They were separated from the combined Lund clerical district in Rogaland county in 1741. Øvre Sirdal and Tonstad were separated from Bakke clerical district as Sirdal clerical district in 1849.
Inneholder preste- og klokkerbøker fra sognene Bakke, Gyland til 1893, Øvre Sirdal (Lunde) og Tonstad. De ble utskilt fra det samlede Lund prestegjeld i Rogaland flyke i 1741. Øvre Sirdal og Tonstad ble utskilt fra Bakke prestegjeld i 1849 som Sirdal prestegjeld.
