Edward Saunders was born in England in 1621. He immigrated to Virginia about 1656. On 18 Sept. 1660, he married Mrs. Mary Webb Hudnall (ca. 1635-1683/4), widow of John Hudnall, in Northumberland County, Virginia. They had two sons. He died before 19 June 1672 in Northumberland County. Descendants lived in Virginia and elsewhere.
