Microfilm made of manuscript collection (81 leaves, one folded) loaned by Margaret L. Buxton (Mrs. Robert J. Buxton), Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Includes Preble, Prible as variant spellings.

Includes Crooke, Dailey, Huguley, Hyde, Ravin, Sickles, Ward and related families.

Correspondence regarding genealogical data to be filmed, and three file folders containing genealogical data that was not placed on the card files for Dallas, Majors and Pribble families in the United States. Each of the card files are carried on other films at this library. The Majors file folder contains one pedigree chart, 1776- 1760, for some descendants through 1960 of James Majors (d.1795) of Baltimore, Maryland. The Pribble file contains one folded pedigree chart and seven other leaves, for the descendants of Thomas Pribble (fl.1680-1704), who moved from Baltimore County to Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The Dallas file (which includes some family Bible records) shows the descendants of Thomas Dallas (fl.1739-1750), who immigrated from the British West Indies to Prince William County, Virginia. The Dallas file includes genealogical data about possible ancestors in England to about 1660. Descendants and relatives of the three families (who intermarried) lived in Maryland, Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, California, New Mexico, Oklahoma and elsewhere.
