Inneholder preste- og klokkerbøker fra sognene Skjold, Tysvær og Vats med Vårens kapell. Tysvær ble eget prestegjeld i 1848 og senere bøker finnes der. De eldre bøker ble tapt ved en brann natt til den 14 oktober 1786.

Contains priest and sexton records from the parishes Skjold, Tysvær and Vats with Vårenes chapel. Tysvær parish became its own clerical district in 1848, see Tysvær for later records. Earlier records were burned on 14 Oct. 1786.
