Benjamin Waller was born Oct. 1, 1716. He was a lawyer before and during the Revolutionary War in Williamsburg, Virginia. He married Miss Martha Hall in 1746. They reared thirteen children. Their youngest son was Robert Hall Waller. He married Miss Nancy Camm of York County, daughter of Rev. John Camm, president of William and Mary College, in 1789.

Includes a document concerning a land court case.
