In his will, dated 2 Aug. 1753; with codicil, dated 15 Aug 1754, and proved 1 Oct. 1754, John Waller, of Spotsylvania County, Virginia, mentions his wife; sons: John, Thomas, William, Benjamin, and Edmund; daughter: Mary Waller Lewis, wife of Zachary Lewis; grandsons: Pomfret Waller, John Waller, William Waller, Benjamin Waller, William Edmund Waller, Waller Lewis, and John Lewis; grandaughters: Dorothy Quarles, Mary Waller, Dorothy Lewis, Lucy Lewis, and Mary Meriweather; and great grandson: John Zachary Lewis.
