The Registrar has organized St. Andrew Parish into districts and assigned them codes, as follows: Half Way Tree (BA); Gordon Town (BB); Content Gap (BC); Mount Charles (BD); Temple Hall (BE); Cold Spring (BF); Dallas Castle (BG); Bull Bay (BH); Stony Hill (BI); Lawrence Tavern (BK); Woodford (BL); Cross Roads (BM); St. James (BN); Brandon Hill (BO); Galloway (BP); Cavaliers (BQ); Salisbury Plains (BS); Red Hills (BT); Mannning's Hill (BV); Mary Brown's Corner (BW); Whitfield Town (BX); University College of the West Indies (BY); and Cockburn Pen (BZ).

The deaths notices are collected into annual registers and arranged by district, number, and registration date.

Golden Spring District became Temple Hall District in 1892; Constitution Hill District became Dallas Castle District in 1921.
