The County Court existed until 1904 when it was replaced by the Circuit Court.
Fiduciaries are people who hold monies in trust for other people, often in connection with a deceased persons estates. These volumes contain their reports to the court about the handling of these trusts.
Some volumes contain information other than guardian (or fiduciary) accounts, such as estray records for strayed animals.
Volumes are individually indexed (to accounts only).
