Thomas Flegg (1615-1697/1698) emigrated about 1637 from England to Watertown, Massachusetts. His grandson changed the surname spelling to Flagg. Descendants and relatives lived in New England, New York, South Carolina and elsewhere. Includes ancestry to about 1066 in England, and a history of the colonization of Massachusetts and Connecticut in pre-independence years.
