Microfilm of original records at Tuam, Co. Galway. A portion of the records were filmed by the National Library of Ireland in 1973; the remainder were filmed by the Genealogical Society in 1984.

The Catholic parish of Cong and Neale includes the civil parishes of Cong (partly in county Galway, but chiefly in county Mayo), Kilmolara and Ballinchalla. There are chapels in the town of Cong, and in the village of Neale.
