Includes space for full name, religion, date and place of birth, nationality, military status, marital status, place and date of marriage; names, dates and places of birth, and religion for spouse and children; previous places of residence and length of stay at each in the past 5 years; length of time at present address, street address, employment, criminal record, record of receiving public assistance, other means of support, and sources of information. Names with umlauts (ä, ö, ü) are filed as if spelled out (ae, oe, ue). Not all cards contain complete information.
