Registers include: name, sex, place of residence, age, race, birthplace, marital status, number of children, occupation, date and place of death, intended place of burial, cause of death, duration of illness; name, qualification, and residence of informant; place and date of entry. Entries are in chronological order. Indexes are organized (a) chronologically by year, (b) alphabetically by surname, then (c) alphabetically by magisterial district. Information includes: (early indexes) name, date of death, date of registration, number of entry (in register), and magisterial district; (later indexes) entry number, district, name, date of death, sex, age.
