Death certificates from South Africa and South-West Africa (now Namibia). Records are arranged alphabetically by district in chronological order, with name, sex, age, race, parent's name (if under age 10), birthplace, civil status, occupation, whether pensioned or dependent, place and date of death, residence, intended place of burial, cause of death, duration of last illness, and information concerning informant.
