Notes

Samuel Isaacs immigrated to Virginia, ca. 1698. He was the father of at least four children. He died in 1749 in Frederick County, Virginia. Record chiefly follows line of descent to William W. (Billy) Issacs, who was born in 1819 in Perry County, Kentucky, the son of William and Sarah Johnson Isaacs. He married Jane Hall in Perry County in 1845. They had ten children. Most descendants listed lived in Kentucky.

Includes the Cook, Miller, and other related families.
